Lake Manawai was closed and Whangaroa was the alternative venue for Sundays Club racing Five boats turned up with very light westerly wind and threatening rain.
Racing was transferred to the outer course after the first three races in search of more wind . Racing was close and the venue was fine for One meter racing .Very pleasant environment and great for rigging up
