8 sailors turned out to sail at the Russell yacht club area . Some good sailing was had by all
Unfortunately Carl and Richard both had boat damage and withdrew from the last 3 races.
Results from day 1 over 10 races are attached below. Day 2 turned out to be a non advent with a
fickle wind from many changes in direction but a fun day all the same.
Glen Riley is getting hard to beat with his V11
Nice Southwest breeze made for some great racing with the fifteen boat fleet. Do we change rigs to B was the big question and those who made the change ended up being better off .

A nice light south west came in to greet the nine boat fleet on the race coarse . Glen Riley again was top of the leader board after eight races
A rig or B rig ?
No one was sure at first and with a seven boat fleet the 20 knot south west wind eventually came in with most being caught out with A rig on . Glen Riley again showed the way around the track
